Andrea Fleming

Andrea teaches residential clients and weatherization specialist trainees how to save money and be more efficient by using less energy, which makes homes more affordable and sustainable.

Andrea has a degree in business from U of D Mercy with a minor in anthropology. She took energy conservation training with Bermex to become an energy auditor and has performed home energy audits and taught energy saving classes for 20 years.

Andrea loves conducting workshops and seminars. It is exciting for her to help prepare students for the new green jobs that are coming. She feels energized when she is able to help people control their energy bills. They see that, with some habit changes, they are able to afford their homes. It gives them hope.
