Daniel Pratt

Daniel Pratt is a licensed Builder who was Director of Field operations for Wake-Pratt Construction Company for 17 years. During this time Dan built several communities of Energy Star Homes. In 2006 Wake-Pratt Construction Company transitioned to building Green Construction and started two communities that were entirely green homes. In 2009 Dan was tasked to design and later teach the lab portion of WARM Training Center's Weatherization Training Program which was taught in partnership with Henry Ford Community College, Focus Hope and SER Metro.

In 2010 Dan joined the Warm Training Center Staff and is currently instructing Weatherization Training through Detroit GreenWorks Solutions, a partnership between WARM Training Center, Southwest Housing Solutions, Henry Ford Community College and The Greening of Detroit. Dan continues to build both residentially and commercially as President of CDS, Construction and Development Services.
