Weatherization Specialist Training Program
This intensive 10-week training program offers participants 320 hours worth of instruction and hands-on training in:

| Insulation & Window Instillation | Hands-on Power Tools |
| Residential Construction Basics | Saving Energy in Homes |
| Proper Air-Sealing Techniques | CPR & First Aid Certification |
Each weatherization specialist develops a core knowledge of energy use and the skills to address the imperfections in a building's envelope. Participants who complete this training are prepared for a future in weatherization and have the building blocks to move into other energy fields.
