The Energy Center at Northwestern University College
1701 E. Front St. The Michigan Energy Demonstration Center at Northwestern Michigan College stimulates discussion of energy issues and alternatives among the area's energy stakeholders. We provide training and exhibits for energy efficient design and construction methods with a particular focus on state of the art, cold climate constuction methods. We also have training opportunites on solar and wind power systems and alternative fuels. |

Upland Hills Ecological Awareness Center
2375 Indian Lake Road Upland Hills Ecological Awareness Center was born of a desire to explore and teach ways to live in more sustainable relationships with the natural environment.
