Annual Awards Breakfast - Each year WARM Training Center honors individuals who demonstrate leadership in energy efficiency and sustainable building practices in Southeast Michigan.
Financial Instituions Community Development Conference (FICON) -This conference brings financial institutions, community development organizations, businesses, government officials, and many others together to discuss the future development of communities in Southeast Michigan. WARM has organized this conference for over 15 years.
Great Lakes Bioneers Conference -WARM was instrumental in making Detroit a satelite station for the annual Bioneers Conference focused on sustainability and eco-justice topics. Bioneers beams in national speakers from California, features local speakers, exhibits, vendors, and offers a great opportunity for networking. Bioneers has been in Detroit since 2005.
